Any cancellation request submitted later than the specified business days before the end of the current service period will be considered for the following service period.

Refund Policy

If a client is not fully satisfied with the final product, a refund may be issued upon request.

For payments made via credit card, refunds will be credited back to the same card used at the time of purchase. If the payment was made through an online payment gateway, the refund will be processed to the original account.
