Acceptance of Terms Your access to and use of TechSolutions (“the Platform”) is strictly subject to these terms and conditions. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must cease usage immediately, as continued use constitutes acceptance.

General TechSolutions undertakes work only upon receipt of a written purchase order via email or mail. Full payment of the agreed amount is required upon acceptance of the proposal before work commences. Charges for domain registration, website hosting, and additional services will be billed separately. Payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. A dedicated project manager will be assigned, and your active cooperation is required for successful project completion. Maintenance services will incur additional charges. A defined start and end date for the project will be established, and timely submission of content by the client is necessary. Project deadlines may shift if required content is not supplied as scheduled.

Modifications to the Website TechSolutions reserves the right to:

• Modify or remove the Platform or any part of it without prior notice, without liability.

• Update these terms and conditions at any time, and continued usage of the Platform signifies acceptance of the changes.

Website Development While every effort is made to ensure a functional and error-free website, TechSolutions cannot be held responsible for any losses due to website errors, malfunctions, or performance issues. Until full payment is received, all website components, including design, code, and graphics, remain the intellectual property of TechSolutions. Unless otherwise agreed, TechSolutions retains the copyright for all work and grants commercial reproduction rights only with explicit permission. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any submitted materials do not infringe on third-party copyrights. Any additional features or requests outside the original project scope may incur additional charges and are not guaranteed to be error-free. TechSolutions is not liable for financial losses, lost revenue, or damages caused by work completed on behalf of the client. TechSolutions does not guarantee website uptime, server availability, or uninterrupted service.

Database, Applications, and E-Commerce Development The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties. TechSolutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or profits. There is no guarantee that the website will be error-free, continuously available, or free from security threats such as viruses.

Severability If any provision within these terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Payment Terms A deposit may be required for new clients before work begins. Website hosting fees and any related costs must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Outstanding balances must be settled within 30 days of invoice issuance unless prior arrangements are made. Failure to pay may result in suspension of website access and services. Hosting and domain fees must be paid before expiration, or services will be canceled with data removal.

Refunds and Cancellations Payments are non-refundable. Cancellations requested within seven days of invoice issuance may qualify for a 50% refund.

Content Responsibility Clients are solely responsible for all content uploaded, shared, or stored using our services. Illegal content or activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or data misuse, will result in account termination and possible legal action. Regular backups of content are advised, as TechSolutions is not responsible for data loss. TechSolutions bears no responsibility for business operations, transactions, fraud risks, or client interactions of the website owner post-launch.
